This project involved the design and development of an intranet-based web application, for use by ConstructionSkills' 1400+ employees.Replacing the existing paper-based process, the brief was to create a user-friendly intranet application, enabling managers and their employees to record and monitor their objectives, whilst giving greater visibility of the company's performance to HR and senior managers.
